Our Colorful Fun-Filled condo has everything you could imagine. Two full bedrooms with the Master bedroom having 1 king bed, the Guest bedroom has 1 queen bed, and the living room has a full sized sofa sleeper. The updated kitchen features all newer stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, fully stocked with dishes, spices, pots & pans etc. Even the kiddos have their own dining ware. Both bathrooms are fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner & refreshing body wash. Wall mounted blow dryers are new and both bathroom have been recently remodeled. We have a new Maytag Commercial washer & dryer and a new HVAC with Nest thermostat. Enjoy 2 full size decks. Whether you want to sit and relax on the front or back deck, they are full sized and ready for you to relax. The amenities are endless at Notch Estates and our location is SUPREME! We are just 5 minutes to SDC and 10 minutes to the ever so popular Table Rock Lake.

This condo was as advertised, an excellent stay that is worth 5 stars. Shari is an excellent host and the condo goes above and beyond what I expected! We have zero complaints and had a great time!

We have stayed at Notch Estates before at one of the host's other properties. They were readily available to answer questions. The location is great, the hiking trail is kid-friendly, Silver Dollar City is less than 5 minutes away and so are grocery stores (Walmart, King Food Saver). When we go next to Branson, we would definitely stay here again!

Shari's Place felt right at home. Close enough to all the activities, but far enough away that it was quiet and not busy. We felt safe and comfortable. Shari was so helpful and her response time was quick. 10/10 recommend.

Shari’s place was clean and comfortable. We were very pleased with how close it was to Silver Dollar City. The decorations were super cute and everything seemed very new. We got annual passes to SDC so we will definitely stay again!!

This was the cleanest rental we have ever vacationed at! So super cozy and clean. The location was great and very close to Silver Dollar City. Very peaceful area! We could not have loved it more. Perfect for our family.

Absolutely perfect! The condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, extra blankets, pillows etc! The location was perfect, far enough away to be peaceful, but close to all the fun spots! We will definitely be staying here again!

I cannot say enough good things! This was a super clean condo and I am very particular about that. It was close to everything and we felt right at home! We were VERY close to Silver Dollar City which was so convenient having 2 tired kids after a long day! I highly recommend Shari’s condo for any Branson adventures on your list! Would absolutely stay again!

Beautiful Condo, with a stunning balcony view. The sunrises were incredible every morning of our stay and paired perfectly with a cup of coffee on the glider bench on the deck. The space provided tons of amenities from dishes to linens to wifi and tv. Several games in drawers and my youngest loved the small hot wheels set provided to play with. Thanks for helping make our visit to Branson perfect. ❤️
